Domestic & Corporate Sales Representative | Hospitality Sector | Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to promote the image and services of a leading hospitality company. This role focuses on driving growth by securing new clients and contracts across the corporate, conferencing, PCO, retail, and domestic markets.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up on leads and conduct regular visits to prospective clients
Identify client needs through questioning, observation, and full sales analysis
Entertain and educate prospective clients to build strong relationships
Liaise with operational staff to ensure seamless contract implementation
Maintain ongoing communication with clients post-contract to ensure satisfaction
Research prospective clients to ensure a professional and tailored approach
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Prepare realistic, cost-effective proposals for prospective clients
Identify and action new business opportunities across inbound, wholesale, retail, PCO, and corporate markets
Grow regional and corporate client databases
Maintain and build long-term client relationships
Deliver training and product knowledge sessions to clients
Attend EMC client functions and networking events
Prepare and implement creative sales initiatives and action plans for properties in distress
Minimum Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role within hospitality
Strong operational and technical knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals
