• Previous maintenance or general handyman experience advantageous
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in workmanship
• Sober habits essential
• Must have own reliable transport and be able to commute to Camps Bay
• Willing to work one weekend per month when required
• Able to support general day-to-day maintenance tasks across properties
• Team player who can follow instructions and work independently when needed
09:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend duty as required)
Negotiable depending on experience (DOE), live-out
