RECEPTIONIST High-End Luxury - Homeware Finishes & Fabrics
Location: Sandton Johannesburg
Salary: R20 000 Neg DOE/CTC Incl Benefits
Market Sector of high-end architectural design, Finishing fabrics, textiles, and High-End Decor. Specializing in exclusive products, directed for Architects, interior Designers, and discerning homeowners seeking sophisticated, high-quality fabrics and furnishings.
About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming impression for all clients and visitors.
Your main duties will include:
Managing a very busy reception area and switchboard.
Providing excellent customer service and client support.
Coordinating administration, filing, and office supplies.
Ensuring the showroom and office equipment are well-maintained.
Essential Requirements:
National Senior Certificate.
Fluent in English & Afrikaans (non-negotiable).
Minimum 4 years' receptionist experience Retail, same or related industry
Must Have Exposure to an interior design (Qualifications) and environment
Proven experience with switchboards and client relations.
Computer literate in MS Office.
Must be able to work every second Saturday (09:00 - 14:00).
