Position Overview
This role is aimed at junior-level or graduate candidates who want to build a career in industrial refrigeration. The environment includes exposure to large-scale refrigeration systems used in cold storage facilities, slaughterhouses, blast freezing systems, food processing plants, and industrial cold chain operations. This is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to residential or office HVAC systems unless they also have strong industrial refrigeration exposure.
Minimum Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• Entry-level or limited working experience
• Strong willingness to learn and develop in industrial refrigeration
• Technically minded with good problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills
• Driver’s license advantageous
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with installation, servicing, and commissioning of industrial refrigeration systems
• Support senior technicians and engineers on site and project work
• Learn operation of industrial refrigeration systems (Freon and ammonia)
• Assist with troubleshooting and technical support
• Participate in site visits and client support activities
• Adhere to safety and operational standards

• Freon and/or ammonia systems
• Industrial maintenance or technical project exposure
