Job Summary
Position Overview
This role is suited to experienced professionals within industrial refrigeration, including technical, project, installation, or sales-related backgrounds. Candidates should have hands-on exposure to industrial systems and be comfortable operating in large-scale refrigeration environments. Strong preference will be given to candidates with existing industry relationships or customer networks.
Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience in industrial refrigeration
• Experience in installation, commissioning, technical service, project work, or project sales
• Strong understanding of industrial refrigeration systems
• Experience with Freon and/or ammonia systems
• Ability to manage client and technical relationships
• Driver’s license
• Willingness to travel for projects and site work
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support industrial refrigeration projects
• Conduct technical consultations and system support
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Maintain and develop customer relationships
• Identify business and market opportunities
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams
• Ensure quality and compliance standards are met
Preferred Experience
• Cold storage refrigeration systems
• Blast freezing systems
• Food processing refrigeration
• Industrial ammonia plants
• Industrial Freon systems
• Project or business development experience
• Existing client or industry network
