Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications aligned with business objectives

Duties:
Develop and maintain SharePoint platforms and related applications
Manage data, records, and integration tasks to streamline business processes
Apply best practices in development to ensure security, usability, and scalability
Deliver outputs that meet programme goals and stakeholder expectations
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' software development experience
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 and above)
Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot
Proven ability to build and consume REST APIs and web services
Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Experience with SQL and version control using Git
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
