Job Summary
Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager is a key support role within the company’s Cape Town Distribution Team, working closely alongside the Business Consultants to ensure partners and clients receive a consistently high level of service. The role sits at the intersection of operations, client relationship management, and business development support – freeing the Business Consultants to focus on revenue-generating activities whilst the Relationship Manager ensures the engine behind the scenes runs smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, commercially curious individual who wants to build a career in financial services. You will gain deep exposure to the FX industry, develop strong partner relationships, and grow your understanding of how a specialist financial intermediary operates. Over time, this role offers a natural pathway into a Business Consultant position for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and a natural relationship builder who takes genuine pride in doing things properly. You will be the connective tissue between the company’s internal teams, the Business Consultants, and our partner network.
