Role Overview: A strategic and results-driven marketing role responsible for leading international digital marketing initiatives, driving lead generation, and strengthening brand presence within the global luxury travel and hospitality space. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Marketing Strategy • Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets • Identify growth opportunities across international markets • Manage and optimise annual marketing budget • Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour ? Digital Marketing & Lead Generation • Drive lead generation through paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns • Manage performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta advertising) • Optimise campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and ROI • Improve website conversion and landing page performance ? Organic Growth & Content • Lead SEO and content marketing strategy • Grow organic traffic and inbound leads • Oversee blogs, guides, newsletters, and website content • Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and conversion-focused ? CRM & Lead Nurturing • Manage CRM campaigns and lead nurturing journeys • Work with sales team to improve conversion rates • Drive repeat and referral business through targeted campaigns ? Brand & Market Presence • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging • Grow brand awareness in key international markets • Identify PR, partnership, and influencer collaboration opportunities ? Performance & Reporting • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI • Analyse lead quality, channel performance, and conversion metrics • Provide actionable insights to improve results ? Key KPIs: • Achieve monthly and annual lead targets • Increase organic traffic and inbound leads • Improve keyword rankings in target markets • Achieve target CPL and ROAS • Grow repeat and referral business through CRM ?
