Role Overview: A senior guest relations leadership role responsible for overseeing the concierge desk, delivering exceptional personalised guest services, and ensuring world-class experiences within a luxury hotel environment in Cape Town. ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the concierge desk • Lead, train, and supervise the concierge team • Provide personalised guest assistance including bookings, transport, and activities • Manage restaurant reservations, tours, and special guest arrangements • Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers • Ensure guests receive accurate, timely, and high-quality information • Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and problem resolution efficiently • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Cape Town attractions, events, and experiences • Ensure concierge services reflect 5-star luxury hospitality standards • Collaborate with front office and guest relations teams to enhance guest experience ?
