We are seeking a creative, organised, and detail-oriented Brand Assistant to support the development, coordination, and execution of brand and marketing initiatives. This role plays a key supporting function within the Brand and Marketing team, ensuring that brand standards are upheld and initiatives are delivered efficiently across all channels.
This role is ideal for a marketing or communications professional with hospitality or lifestyle brand exposure, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both creative and administrative responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Brand, Marketing, or Communications support role
- Hospitality, hotel, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and guest experience-driven marketing
- Working knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication, organisational, and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail with good copywriting and proofreading ability
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Highly organised with strong time management and project planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Design skills (InDesign / Photoshop) an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Support:
- Support the coordination and execution of approved brand and marketing initiatives
- Assist with marketing activities aligned to business and revenue objectives
- Support the preparation of marketing reports, campaign summaries, and presentations
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and guest insight gathering
- Support administrative and financial processes within the marketing department to ensure budget alignment
- Assist with print production of branded and operational materials
- Support internal communication initiatives to ensure cross-departmental alignment
- Assist with the coordination of seasonal and promotional campaigns
- Schedule meetings, book venues, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
- Support content planning and scheduling across social media platforms
- Assist with updating and managing social media channels in line with brand standards
- Coordinate with external agencies for website updates and digital campaign implementation
- Monitor online reputation platforms and flag reviews for response
- Assist with tracking website traffic, digital engagement, and campaign performance metrics
- Support updates to website content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment
Content Creation & Brand Custodianship:
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints
- Assist with developing engaging, on-brand content across digital and print platforms
- Write marketing copy for social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and positioning
- Update and maintain digital in-hotel screens with relevant content
- Support the production of marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, menus, in-room items, signage, and branded materials
Advertising, Trade & Partnerships:
- Support advertising activities across digital and print platforms
- Assist with coordinating trade listings and advertising schedules
- Support collaboration with tour operators and the direct market through newsletters and promotional updates
Visual Content, PR, Projects & Events:
- Support the creation of visual assets in collaboration with designers and suppliers
- Assist with coordinating hotel photo shoots from planning through to execution
- Ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain an organised inventory of marketing assets, branded stock, and merchandise
- Support relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners
- Assist with writing and distributing press releases and brand communications
- Support marketing and communication efforts around local and international trade shows, campaigns, and events
