We are looking for a creative, digitally savvy and forward-thinking Digital Creative & Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team.

This is a diverse role that combines graphic design, social media, digital content, CRM, email marketing and creative campaign development across a collection of distinctive hospitality and tourism brands.

The role will encompass the day-to-day management and development of our social media channels and digital platforms, including Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, as well as supporting CRM communications, newsletters and email campaigns. The successful candidate will also help manage and enhance our WhatsApp communications and guest engagement, monitor the capabilities of TripAdvisor and Wetu and use digital insights and analytics to continually improve our content and campaigns.

This is an ideal opportunity for a creative person who is equally comfortable designing a beautiful campaign, creating a TikTok, managing a newsletter, working with a CRM, engaging with guests on WhatsApp, monitoring online reputation, exploring a new AI tool or spotting the next big digital trend.

Requirements

Essential:

· Relevant qualification or proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media, communications or a related creative field.

· Strong graphic-design skills and knowledge of relevant design software.

· Demonstrable social-media experience, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.

· Strong written and visual communication skills.

· Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social-media analytics.

Advantageous:

· Experience within hospitality, tourism, travel, lifestyle or luxury brands.

· Experience with AI and emerging creative technologies.

· Basic understanding of website content management, SEO and email marketing.

· Experience with paid social-media advertising.
