Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Welcome guests and deliver outstanding customer service to ensure memorable stays.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
• Perform night audit procedures, including end-of-day reconciliations, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure precise guest billing and account administration.
• Support front office administration and reporting tasks.
• Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues.
• Uphold guest safety and security protocols.
• Assist with daily hospitality operations as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.

Duties:

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Night Auditor, Hotel Receptionist, or within the hospitality industry.
• Valid South African driver’s license (essential).
• Own reliable transport.
• Computer literate, preferably with hotel management systems knowledge.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, communication skills, and reliability.

Familiarity with the following:

• Multitasking, invoicing, and order processing.
• Night auditing and financial reconciliation.
• Customer support roles.
