We are preparing to open a beautifully considered café in Abu Dhabi and are seeking a Back of House team who understand that exceptional guest experiences begin in the kitchen.

The Role
You will form part of a kitchen team responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality product in a fast-paced yet refined environment. This requires strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work with care and precision under pressure.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a quality-focused kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of kitchen fundamentals and hygiene standards
- A disciplined and organised approach to your work
- The ability to maintain consistency in both preparation and presentation
- A calm, focused attitude during service
- Experience living and working in the UAE is highly advantageous
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within your section
- Following recipes and specifications with accuracy
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Taking pride in the quality and detail of everything that leaves the kitchen
