About the Role
To coordinate and execute Carrol Boyes' social media strategy through engaging content, community management, influencer collaboration, performance analysis and campaign support to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualise engaging content for social media aligned with the brand voice and social media strategy.
Own and manage the organic social media content calendar across all platforms.
Schedule, publish and monitor content to drive reach, engagement and conversion.
Conduct market and industry research and provide recommendations to improve social media performance.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools and platform developments.
Build and manage online communities to foster positive brand sentiment and customer engagement.
Manage influencer relationships and collaborations to amplify the Carrol Boyes brand.
Analyse campaign performance and prepare reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social and TikTok Business Manager.
Use data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance, brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Brand Studio to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Support PR, marketing and AI-related social media initiatives.
Any other function which may be required.
Qualifications and Experience
Matric/Grade 12
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
2–5 years' experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
Experience using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Manager, Google Analytics and SEO tools.
Experience using social media monitoring tools and interpreting data to drive decision-making
