Job Summary
AREA MANAGER / CAPE TOWN – Candidate will oversee and manage all stores in Western Cape Area - Paarl (2), Belville, Wynberg (2), Mitchell’s Plein, Stellenbosch, Riversdale, Ceres, Worcester, George and Oudtshoorn. The Area manager is responsible to ensure that the business goals, decisions & plans, are effectively executed & implemented within his/her specific business unit.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum requirement of a Matric
· Retail operations qualification will be an advantage.
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity as an area manager
· Clothing retail experience is essential
· Extensive travel between stores – need to ensure that regular store visits are being conducted

· Risk, Shrinkage & Security
· Stock & Asset Management
· Customer Service:
Undertakings:
Criminal / Credit Check, Qualification verification
Computer and Psychometric assessments.
Salary – Negotiable based on experience, Pool Vehicle, Company Cell phone and Company Laptop
