Job Summary
Location: Western Cape (Cape Town, Paarl, Belville, Wynberg, Mitchell's Plain, Stellenbosch, Riversdale, Ceres, Worcester, George and Oudtshoorn.)
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Retail operations qualification will be an advantage
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity as an Area Manager
Clothing retail experience is essential
Valid Driver's License -- Code 8 unendorsed
Job Responsibilities
Reporting Directly to Operations Manager
Responsible for all operations in the business unit.
Assist the Operations Manager to make careful considerations of all aspects in the business unit before making a business decision.
Responsible to ensure that the business goals, decisions and plans are effectively executed and implemented within the specific business unit.
Continuously evaluate and improve on the performance of the business unit.
Extensive travel between stores as you would need to ensure that regular store visits are being conducted.
