RECRUITER -- TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Work Arrangement: Office-Based -- Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Stamford Hill, Durban.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates for a range of client requirements, with a strong focus on temporary and high-volume recruitment.

Previous experience within a Temporary Employment Services (TES), labour broking or staffing environment will be highly advantageous, but is not essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media and other recruitment channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates against client requirements.

• Conduct telephone and initial candidate interviews.

• Maintain and update the candidate database.

• Advertise vacancies and manage incoming applications.

• Contact candidates regarding suitable opportunities.

• Coordinate interviews and candidate availability.

• Obtain and verify relevant candidate documentation.

• Assist with candidate onboarding and placement processes.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and placement process.

• Work closely with the recruitment team to meet placement targets and client deadlines.

• Assist with high-volume recruitment campaigns when required.

• Provide regular feedback on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric / Grade 12 -- essential.

• Previous recruitment, staffing, HR or candidate sourcing experience.

• TES / labour broking / temporary staffing experience will be advantageous.

• High-volume recruitment experience will be advantageous.

• Good telephone and communication skills.

• Strong administration and organisational skills.

• Good computer literacy.

• Ability to work with recruitment databases and online job portals.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Professional and confident when dealing with candidates.

• Reliable and self-motivated.

• Must be able to work from our Stamford Hill, Durban office on a daily basis.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is energetic, organised and comfortable dealing with a high volume of candidates.

The successful candidate should enjoy recruitment, be confident making calls, be able to work to deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency when filling vacancies.

Experience within a TES, labour broking, staffing or recruitment agency environment will be a strong advantage, particularly where the candidate has dealt with temporary workers and high-volume placements.
