We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk with experience working on Pastel Premier or similar accounting software to join our team within a Temporary Employment Services (TES) environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing high-volume client invoices linked to payroll and timesheets, ensuring accuracy in billing rates, overtime, and allowances.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process client invoices using Pastel Premier or similar software
Verify billing information against timesheets, payroll reports, and rate cards
Reconcile payroll reports to invoicing schedules
Resolve invoicing discrepancies and client queries
Issue credit notes and invoice adjustments when required
Maintain accurate invoicing records and supporting documentation
Assist with month-end invoicing processes
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
2–3 years invoicing or accounts administration experience
Experience using Pastel Premier or similar accounting software
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience in a Temporary Employment Services (TES), recruitment, or payroll-driven environment will be advantageous
