Job Summary
An exciting opportunity exists for a Legal Supervisor\ to join a well-established legal team. This role is ideal for an admitted attorney who enjoys mentoring others, leading a team and ensuring legal matters are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise and support a team of paralegals, candidate legal practitioners and attorneys ✔ Assist Legal Managers with the day-to-day running of the department ✔ Provide guidance, coaching and technical support to the team ✔ Monitor workflow and ensure matters are progressed efficiently ✔ Maintain high standards of client service and legal compliance
Requirements:
✔ Admitted Attorney ✔ Previous supervisory or team leadership experience ✔ Strong people management and communication skills ✔ Debt collection experience would be advantageous ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
