With an excellent track record of delivery to UK law firms from South Africa, their legal professionals manage full Conveyancing, Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, Dispute Resolution, Trust Management and Personal Injury matters for their clients. Their Legal Client Services team supports client matters and converts and onboards new clients.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a conveyancing specialist to join a high-performing English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing and leadership skills to deliver a high-quality client experience, whilst managing our legal risk and delivering exceptional value to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise conveyancing fees for our client.
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Deliver a Brilliant client experience.
- Ensure compliance with our client’s risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly.
- Proactively communicate with key stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the English conveyancing space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Experienced conveyancing paralegal
Requirements:
- Minimum three (3) years’ residential conveyancing experience.
- Conveyancing experience in English law an advantage.
- Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.
- Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Own transport.
Skills
- Detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in South Africa and/or the United Kingdom.
- Highly organised team player.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
