About Role:
National growing Labour Company is seeking a Labour Consultant, with the following minimum requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Must own a reliable vehicle.
A BCom Law/LLB or HR related tertiary education.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Labour Consulting.
Experience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity, etc.), chairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA/Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members), drafting contracts of employment, and sound knowledge of Labour Legislation.
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to sign up new clients and grow existing client base.
Must be fluent in English (Written and Spoken). Afrikaans (Spoken) is advantageous.
Valid drivers' license.
Willing to travel.
