Attorney - Technology & Commercial Law
We are recruiting for a boutique legal firm seeking to employ an astute Attorney. Exciting opportunity for an Attorney with a strong interest in technology law and commercial work. Build a long-term career and grow into a Partner role.
Main Responsibilities:
Focus on contracts, licensing, IP and data protection.
Provide advisory support to tech-driven businesses.
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
Advise businesses on technology transactions.
Support clients with privacy and compliance matters.
This is a non-litigation role.
Other key duties will be discussed at the interview stage.
Qualifications and Experience:
Admitted Attorney.
Strong experience in Commercial Law within a reputable law firm.
Good exposure to Technology Law is beneficial.
