Clear criminal record; Excellent employment track record – references will be verified; Excellent English communication, fluency & literacy; Valid driver’s licence, and preferably own private vehicle; Approximately 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience within the same / similar role & environment; Relevant qualifications would be a very strong advantage; Proven experience in guest info collection after reservation confirmation, bookkeeping, staff planning, stock management, guest relations, housekeeping, laundry, and menu planning Prior experience in culinary operations / F&B cost control is highly preferred ??? ???????????????? Coordinating guest data collection and arrival logistics following reservation confirmation; Overseeing basic bookkeeping and lodge-related administration Planning; coordinating, and managing staff Monitoring stock levels and overall stock control Taking responsibility for all areas relating to lodge operations Ensuring excellent guest service and overall lodge presentation Overseeing housekeeping and laundry departments Collaborating with the kitchen team on menu innovation, procurement, and assistance with maintaining optimal food cost percentages Managing all Housekeeping and Front of House staff, who report directly to the Lodge Manager; Any other associated administrative duties Shared hosting duties to ensure a senior presence amongst guests during service periods. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? ??? ????? ????????? ???? ?? ????????? ????-??????????? – ???. ???, ?????????????? ???.
