Clear criminal record; Excellent employment track record – references will be verified; Hotel School Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality / Food Service / F&B Management – mandatory; Solid experience as an F&B Manager in a 5 star environment, with proven history of delivering unique, memorable, and exceptional guest experiences; Attention to detail and maintaining a guest centric approach in everything; Knowledge and experience with stock control and POS systems; The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines; In-depth knowledge of latest food and beverage trends and best practice; Excellent communication skills and developed emotional intellect ??? ???????????????? To ensure the efficient and profitable running of all F&B outlets by carefully planning, controlling and the coordinating of all relevant facets of agreed operations standards and procedures. To ensure that all guest service consistent and satisfactory product and service delivery in line with established 5 star standards. Maintain responsibility for sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the food & beverage department operational strategy and budget, whilst delivering impeccable service. Plan; and continuously upskill and develop the F&B team members. Procurement; management, and control of all F&B related inventory and operating equipment. Prepare reports and provide all relevant information to the General Manager. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ????? Basic monthly remuneration of approx. R32, 000.00 NEG. PLUS - Accommodation (partly/basically furnished) & own bathroom; 2 meals per day from the staff canteen; Provident fund - 100% coverage by the company; Medical Aid membership is a compulsory part of the package, offering employees the security of ongoing cover, with the full contribution payable by the employee; Uniform and laundry thereof; Complimentary staff shuttle service is provided for shift transport, with pick-up before each shift and drop-off after each shift for staff living within approximately 20 km of the property in surrounding local communities.
