We are seeking ambitious Healthcare New Business Partners at Junior, Mid and Senior levels to identify, secure and grow new business within the healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. This consultative sales role focuses on understanding client operations, designing compliant logistics solutions and converting qualified opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
• Identify and develop new healthcare, pharmaceutical and medical device business opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and understand customer supply chain requirements.
• Develop tailored logistics and distribution solutions aligned to client needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals and collaborate with internal pricing and operational teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements within approved pricing and margin parameters.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to successful implementation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Support seamless client onboarding through effective internal collaboration.
• Monitor healthcare market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
What You Bring
• Junior Level: Minimum 1 year of healthcare logistics sales, customer engagement or business development experience.
• Mid Level: 2–3 years of healthcare logistics sales or business development experience.
• Senior Level: Minimum 5 years of proven healthcare logistics new business development experience.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device customers.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare logistics, cold-chain distribution and regulated environments will be highly advantageous.
