Lead Global Payroll & Benefits Strategy Across Multiple Jurisdictions

Our client is seeking an experienced individual to lead and enhance payroll, benefits, and wellbeing initiatives across a global workforce. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with deep expertise in international payroll operations, benefits management, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global payroll and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and mentor a Payroll & Benefits team across multiple jurisdictions.

• Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Drive the implementation and rollout of ADP as the organisation’s global payroll platform, ensuring a seamless transition from existing providers.

• Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and wellbeing service providers.

• Oversee the design, benchmarking, and delivery of competitive employee benefits programmes.

• Monitor international legislative and regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits.

• Provide reporting, analytics, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Support global mobility, wellbeing, and reward initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Payroll & Benefits within a multinational or professional services environment.

• Proven leadership experience managing payroll and benefits teams.

• Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems is essential, ideally including payroll implementation, migration, or transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of global payroll, benefits, tax compliance, and employment legislation.

• Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
