Our client is looking for an ambitious New Business Partner to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the courier and express logistics industry. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding customer distribution needs, developing tailored courier solutions, and building long-term commercial relationships across a wide range of industries.
You'll take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and presenting solutions through to negotiation, onboarding, and account handover. Working closely with operations and customer service teams, you'll ensure every new client experiences a seamless transition while consistently achieving challenging sales targets.

What You'll Do
• Identify and secure new courier and logistics business opportunities.
• Prospect, network, and develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Understand customer distribution requirements and recommend tailored courier solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and close new business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
• Support the successful onboarding of new customers.
• Build strong relationships with internal operational teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow market share.
What You Bring
• Grade 12. • 2–3 years' proven sales experience within the courier, express logistics, transport, or road freight industry.
• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related qualification is advantageous.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Commercial acumen with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Valid driver's licence.
