An exceptional opportunity is available for a dynamic and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate the dining experience within a prestigious luxury hospitality operation.
We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional with a strong background in luxury hotels, exceptional leadership ability, and a proven track record in delivering world-class guest experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.
• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage outlets and banqueting operations
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence across all dining experiences
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing F&B teams
• Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, concepts, and culinary innovation
• Implement marketing, promotions, and guest retention initiatives
• Ensure luxury service standards, compliance, and operational excellence are consistently maintained
• Monitor performance metrics, audits, and departmental profitability

Requirements
• Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification preferred
• Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role within luxury hotels
• Strong operational, financial, and leadership capabilities
• Extensive knowledge of food, beverages, wines, cocktails, and fine dining service etiquette
• Excellent guest engagement and communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
