Job Summary
Our client is looling for a Technical Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of of the company , helping clients solve complex waterproofing challenges while building long-term business relationships. This role combines technical expertise, sales ability, problem-solving, and relationship building.
Requirements:
✔ Proven waterproofing industry experience
✔ Proven construction industry experience
✔ Proven technical sales experience
✔ Strong track record of generating and closing sales
✔ Valid driver's licence
✔ Own reliable transport
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to assess sites and recommend appropriate waterproofing solutions
✔ Ability to work independently without constant supervision
You will be responsible for:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Conducting site inspections and assessments
• Providing technical waterproofing recommendations and solutions
• Preparing professional quotations and proposals
• Following up on opportunities and closing sales
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after project completion
