This is a key Executive Committee appointment requiring a commercially driven sales and marketing leader who combines strategic vision with disciplined execution. The successful candidate will establish and lead the hotel’s full commercial function, driving market positioning, revenue growth, brand visibility, and segment penetration from pre-opening through to stabilised operations. Working closely with the General Manager, ownership representatives, Revenue Management, and regional leadership, the Director of Sales & Marketing will oversee pre-opening commercial strategy, pricing architecture, segmentation planning, digital positioning, PR partnerships, and alignment with international brand standards while navigating the nuances of the local market. The role requires strong market intelligence, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate effectively within a French-speaking West African market. ??? ????????????????
