Guest Relations Anchor - Luxury Island Lodge - Mozambique A prestigious luxury island lodge in Mozambique is seeking a passionate and service-driven Guest Relations Anchor to join the team. This rotational position plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting lodge operations and administration. Responsibilities: -Warmly meet, host, and bid farewell to all guests, always ensuring personalized service -Conduct guest orientations, manage special requests, and coordinate dietary requirements -Liaise with guides, butlers, housekeeping, and kitchen teams to ensure seamless guest experiences -Assist with room allocations, daily planning, and activity coordination -Support budget control, stock takes, and operational planning -Host guests during meals and oversee guest delight initiatives -Assist with check-outs and invoicing when required -Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and operational procedures -Support staff training, uniform standards, and maintenance oversight -Participate in meetings, community initiatives, and ongoing training programs This is a rotational anchor position covering: -2 weeks Safari Shop Management -2 weeks Lodge Administration -2 weeks Guest Relations Management Requirements: -Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury lodge environment -Computer literate -Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills -Passion for hospitality, sustainability, and guest excellence If interested, please apply to Ilze@ Apply Below
