??? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with an exclusive luxury lodge in Zambia to recruit an experienced and highly self-sufficient ????? ??????? for a live in, single status role within an exceptionally remote safari setting. This is a fully immersive leadership position requiring complete operational oversight of a boutique lodge located north of Kafue National Park. The successful candidate will take full accountability for daily lodge performance, guest satisfaction, team leadership and financial discipline while operating in a dynamic and extremely remote bush environment. This role is ideally suited to a resilient lodge professional who is genuinely comfortable living and working in isolation. The successful candidate must be emotionally mature, practical, resourceful and confident making independent decisions with limited external support. A strong appreciation for conservation principles and community sensitivity is essential. Requirements • Proven experience as a Lodge Manager or in a senior lodge leadership role within a remote luxury safari environment. • Formal hospitality related qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or equivalent essential • Demonstrated ability to oversee all departments including front of house, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and administration • Exceptional guest hosting skills with a visible and engaging management presence • Strong leadership ability with experience recruiting, mentoring and developing diverse lodge teams • Sound financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, stock management and reporting • Experience implementing and maintaining operational standards and service procedures • Strong logistical capability including procurement, supplier liaison and coordination with head office • Ability to oversee infrastructure, vehicles, equipment and general property maintenance • High level of physical and mental resilience suited to prolonged remote living • Calm, solutions focused and decisive under pressure • Warm, authentic and naturally service driven personality with strong interpersonal skills • Highly organised, emotionally intelligent and culturally sensitive • Independent self-starter who thrives in a sole charge environment and is genuinely comfortable in an extremely remote location • Experience with systems such as ResRequest, Tall Order or GuestRevu would be advantageous • Valid driver’s license essential and First Aid certification advantageous Salary – On application (DOE) Please Note: Although we appreciate all applications, only those candidates who meet the required experience and background will be contacted.
