Requirements: • Minimum 5–7 years' experience as a Lodge Manager within a luxury safari lodge or camp • Proven leadership experience managing multiple operational departments • Strong guest relations and hosting abilities • Excellent operational, financial, and administrative skills • Experience in staff training, mentoring, and performance management • Strong Food & Beverage and Rooms Division knowledge • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a remote bush environment • Hospitality qualification advantageous ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the luxury safari camp • Deliver exceptional guest experiences and personalised hospitality • Lead, mentor, and develop departmental managers and staff • Ensure the highest standards across accommodation, food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest services • Manage operational budgets, stock control, and financial performance • Maintain health, safety, and company compliance standards • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous service improvements • Work closely with guiding and support teams to deliver seamless safari experiences • Build and maintain a positive, high-performance team culture • Prepare operational reports and support business objectives ?
