Role Overview: Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Lodge Manager for a luxury lodge. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing a remote luxury property surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. ? Requirements: • Minimum 3 years' experience in lodge or hospitality management • Strong leadership and people management skills • Good culinary knowledge essential • Strong financial management and budgeting experience • Hands-on, adaptable, and operationally driven • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused approach • Ability to thrive in a remote wilderness environment ? Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge • Manage the complete guest experience from arrival to departure • Lead and supervise teams across all operational departments • Drive staff training, development, and service excellence • Oversee kitchen operations and food service standards • Conduct regular inspections to maintain presentation and quality • Manage stock control, maintenance, vehicles, and guest facilities • Coordinate guest logistics, staffing schedules, and daily operations • Liaise with the Farm Manager and Head Office • Manage budgets, financial performance, and supplier relationships • Support lodge operations during emergencies and environmental challenges ?
