This exciting senior leadership opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional with extensive multi-site safari experience, exceptional operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences. The successful candidate will oversee hospitality operations across multiple luxury camps while driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and service consistency. ? Requirements: • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Tourism, or a related field • Minimum 10 years' experience within luxury hospitality • At least 5 years' experience in a senior or multi-site leadership role • Strong luxury safari lodge operational experience • Experience managing multiple properties or camps • Supply chain, procurement, or commercial experience advantageous • Strong leadership, organisational, and systems implementation skills • Excellent communication and people management abilities • Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience excellence ? Key Responsibilities: • Lead hospitality operations across multiple luxury safari camps • Drive exceptional guest experiences and consistent luxury service standards • Oversee operational performance and inter-camp coordination • Improve operational systems, processes, and efficiencies • Support procurement, supply chain, and commercial alignment • Manage operational budgets, cost control, and performance standards • Lead, mentor, and develop hospitality management teams • Implement training and staff development programmes • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments • Drive continuous improvement across the hospitality portfolio ? Ideal Candidate Profile: • Experienced multi-property hospitality leader • Commercially minded with strong operational insight • Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style • Passionate about luxury safari hospitality and service excellence • Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-driven • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and inspire teams • Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across every property ?
