Role Overview  

The AI Multimedia Designer & Video Editor is responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content across digital platforms. This role combines graphic design, video production, and emerging AI tools to support marketing, branding, and web initiatives.

You will work across a range of content types—from static graphics to fully produced videos—while using modern tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scale output without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities  

Design and Visual Content  

• Design digital assets including web graphics, social media content, advertisements, and branded materials
  

• Develop layouts, logos, and visual concepts aligned with brand standards
  

• Apply strong typography, color, and layout principles to create clear and engaging designs
  

• Translate creative briefs into polished visual outputs
  

Video Production and Editing  

• Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and training
  

• Manage the full video process, including basic scripting, sequencing, editing, and final export
  

• Incorporate motion graphics, audio, captions, and transitions
  

• Optimize video content for different platforms and formats
  

AI-Enhanced Content Workflows  

• Use AI-supported tools to streamline design and video production tasks
  

• Generate content variations and assist in scaling creative output
  

• Stay current with emerging tools and apply them where they improve workflow or quality
  

• Balance automation with creative judgment to maintain brand standards
  

Collaboration and Execution  

• Work closely with web developers, marketers, and content teams
  

• Interpret project requirements and provide creative solutions
  

• Present concepts and revise work based on feedback
  

• Maintain consistency across all visual outputs
  

Content Management  

• Organize and maintain project files, media assets, and design systems
  

• Prepare final files for delivery across web, social, and internal platforms
  

• Support publishing workflows as needed
  

Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in professional video editing using tools such as DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects. The candidate must also have active hands-on experience using AI-powered video and image generation platforms — such as Veo3, Leonardo.ai, Luma Labs Dream Machine, Runway ML, or similar. Google Flow experience is a bonus but not required. AI prompt engineering for video creation is a core requirement of this role, not a nice-to-have.
