Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for technology, vendor relationships and closing deals?

Our client, a leading player in the IT hardware distribution and sales solutions space, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Sales Specialist / Vendor Champion to drive the growth and commercial success of an exciting vendor portfolio!

 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Building strategic relationships with vendors, reseller partners and internal stakeholders.
  
• Driving vendor-specific business plans, revenue, profitability and market growth.
  
• Identifying, qualifying and developing strategic sales opportunities.
  
• Managing the full opportunity lifecycle — from demand generation to deal closure.
  
• Supporting reseller partners with solution positioning, competitive differentiation and new business opportunities.
  
• Managing pricing, special bids, deal registrations, rebates and commercial approvals.
  
• Driving pipeline visibility, forecasting and opportunity progression.
  
• Working closely with Sales, Product, Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
  
• Monitoring market trends, competitors and emerging technology opportunities.
  
• Achieving revenue, gross profit, market share and vendor growth targets.
  

Requirements

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT or related field.
  
• 5–8 years' experience in IT distribution, vendor management, channel sales, business development, account management or product sales.
  
• Experience working with OEM vendors, reseller partners and enterprise customers.
  
• Strong experience managing strategic opportunities, pricing, deal registrations and complex sales cycles.
  
• Exposure to client computing, infrastructure, software, cloud, networking or enterprise technology.
  
• Strong commercial acumen, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  
• CRM and ERP experience.
  
• A results-driven, proactive and commercially minded approach.
  
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence.
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Willingness to maintain HPE Aruba product, sales and vendor accreditations.
