The ideal candidate
- Has previous experience in an administrative management role, preferably within the property or related industry.
- Is highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Has strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Is confident managing day-to-day office administration and supporting operational requirements.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with administrative systems.
- Is professional, reliable and able to work independently.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to their responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day administration of the property.
- Managing administrative processes and ensuring that records and documentation are maintained accurately.
- Providing support to management and the wider team where required.
- Coordinating communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring that administrative tasks and deadlines are managed efficiently.
- Assisting with general office and property-related administration.
