Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years' executive leadership experience within safari hospitality, tourism, luxury hospitality, or a related sector.

• Minimum 5 years' experience leading multi-property or multi-business operations at executive level.

• Proven track record in operational excellence, business transformation, and strategic leadership.

• Demonstrated success driving business growth, expansion projects, and large-scale operational initiatives.

• Experience managing geographically dispersed operations and senior leadership teams.

• Strong understanding of safari operations, hospitality management, guest experience, and the East African tourism market.

• Exceptional financial, commercial, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Previous experience engaging with CEOs, Boards, investors, and executive leadership teams.
