We are looking for hands-on, site-experienced professionals with a proven track record in construction QA/QC. You will be a key part of the project execution team, ensuring all works are delivered according to schedule, specifications, and contract requirements.
We have four specific positions available:
Senior QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical) – Large-scale mixed-use megadevelopment, Abu Dhabi
Senior QA/QC Engineer (Electrical) – Large-scale mixed-use megadevelopment, Abu Dhabi
Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil-Structural) – Iconic commercial/residential tower development, Abu Dhabi
Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil) – High-profile luxury resort and entertainment destination, Ras Al Khaimah
Key Skills & Experience Required :
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a QA/QC Engineer in a construction site environment
Strong working knowledge of QA/QC processes, including ITPs, NCRs, inspections, testing, and project closeout
Proven ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals (Material Submittals, Method Statements, etc.)
Experience coordinating inspections with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret quality data and trends
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
Leadership qualities – ability to mentor and guide junior team members
Desirable: Experience with Power BI, EDMS, and Firestop coordination
Core Responsibilities:
Project Scope & Quality Management: Review and interpret all project documents (specifications, drawings, etc.) and implement Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilise Power BI dashboards to analyse and present the status of QA/QC activities, including submittals, inspections, tests, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
Inspections & Testing: Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure all inspections and testing are conducted per the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Submittal Review: Review all quality submissions (Material Submittals, Method Statements, etc.) to ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
Project Closeout: Lead snagging and de-snagging inspections and ensure timely submission of all project closeout deliverables
