What You'll Do:

• Program embedded systems, microcontrollers, and PLCs used in automated equipment
• Integrate sensors, actuators, data acquisition systems, and other hardware components
• Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration
• Work with production and quality teams to optimise systems during deployment
• Diagnose technical failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement design improvements
• Prepare technical specifications, design documentation, user manuals, and maintenance SOPs
• Ensure machinery compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
• Provide ongoing support through deployment, optimisation, and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Strong CAD capability, with experience in SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Programming experience in C++, Python, MATLAB, or IEC 61131-3 PLC languages
• Proven experience in designing integrated electromechanical systems
• Ability to model and simulate complex systems effectively
• Hands-on experience with embedded systems programming and system testing
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
