This is something different - and we need someone different to run it. Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a commercially driven, entrepreneurially minded ??????? ??????? for a newly opening Entertainment & Social Venue- an exciting new golf simulator, darts, bar and social entertainment venue opening in December 2026. We need someone with ????????? ?????????. Someone who walks in, sees what needs to happen, builds the plan and executes it. Golf knowledge is a bonus - we already have that. What we don't yet have is the right operator to own this business from the ground up. ⚠️ Hillcrest/Shongweni ????? ?? ??????? ?? ???????? - ????????? ? ????????: Shongweni/Hillcrest area, KwaZulu-Natal ? ??????: R50,000 - R60,000 CTC per month (DOE) ➕ Performance incentive based on KPIs and business growth ? ????-??? ? ?????: ASAP ahead of December 2026 opening ??? ????? ????????? ????? ???? ????: ? High-volume restaurant groups or QSR ? Padel or leisure and sports venue management ? Entertainment venues, bars, clubs or social lifestyle businesses ?️ Any high-energy, seven-day-a-week commercial customer-facing operation ???? ?? ????: ✅ Minimum 5 years' GM or senior management experience in a high-volume commercial operation ✅ Proven P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control ✅ POS system proficiency and data-driven operational decision making ✅ Strong people management, recruitment, training and rostering skills ✅ Sales, marketing, events and revenue-building experience - essential ✅ Bar operations and stock control experience ✅ Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and operationally disciplined ✅ Tech-savvy, independently motivated and proactive ✅ Stable work history with contactable references ??? ????: ?️ Lead all pre-opening operational readiness including staffing, SOPs, procurement and training ? Own the full commercial and operational performance from day one ? Build and lead a team of 20+ across a seven-day-a-week operation ? Drive footfall, revenue, repeat business and profitability continuously ?
