The ideal candidate will combine strong technical ability with reliability, teamwork, and a passion for culinary excellence at one of the flagship restaurants in Parkhurst or Bryanston, Johannesburg. The group operates three distinct concepts: a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse, and an Italian eatery — each reflecting a diverse culinary identity and high standards. Experience & Qualifications Culinary diploma or equivalent professional certification 3-5+ years’ experience in fine‑dining or premium casual restaurants Proven track record in grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables to perfection Strong technical knowledge of temperatures, textures, and flavor balance Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high‑volume service environments Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to balance creative input with disciplined operational management Key Responsibilities Operate and manage the grill section with precision and consistency Ensure all grilled items meet brand‑aligned culinary identity and standards Support menu development, seasonal changes, and flavor innovation Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control to the highest standards Monitor food costing, procurement, and supplier relationships Uphold hygiene, safety, and operational standards across the kitchen Collaborate with management and fellow chefs to align operations with business goals Salary Package · R8 – 10 000 CTC, no additional benefits To apply for Grillers | Johannesburg | Multi-Concept Restaurant Group, please send your CV WITH UP-TO-DATE EMPLOYMENT HISTORY AND INSERTED FULL-LENGTH PHOTO.
