Job Overview:
A leading industrial solutions provider is seeking a results-driven External Sales Representative to manage and grow a regional customer base. This role focuses on client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth through proactive field sales and technical consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily client visits, cold calling, and account management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical/industrial solutions
Drive sales growth and revenue targets within an assigned territory
Reactivate dormant accounts and expand market reach
Provide accurate updates on orders, pricing, and stock availability
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
Collaborate with internal teams on stock, pricing, and service delivery
Ensure professional communication and brand representation at all times
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Diploma/Degree advantageous)
3–5 years external/field sales experience
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer engagement, and negotiation
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
