Duties:
Build, maintain, and expand comprehensive cost-to-company simulation models for over 150 countries.
Incorporate detailed statutory and contractual variables, including taxes, benefits, social security, and currency impacts.
Benchmark provider quotes and produce detailed client-ready comparison reports.
Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to evaluate potential business outcomes.
Present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders and secure sign-offs.
Negotiate effectively with EOR providers and local partners to optimise costs.
Conduct ongoing research into country-specific legislation, treaties, and market conditions to ensure model accuracy.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with global payroll or Employer of Record (EOR) platforms.
Experience working directly with at least two major EOR providers (e.g., Deel, Remote, Papaya Global, Multiplier).
Deep understanding of international payroll laws, tax regulations, and labour standards across EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to develop innovative and compliant solutions to complex payroll challenges.
Strong Excel skills, including the use of advanced formulas, data tools, and scenario management.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
