A leading, large-scale independent fuel, convenience and quick-service restaurant retail group is expanding rapidly across South Africa and is seeking entrepreneurial Site Partners to join its national partner pipeline.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Site Partner is the key driver of overall performance and operational excellence at the site, with full responsibility for management, administration, operations, financial performance, compliance and risk.
ROLE SCOPE & AUTHORITY
- Full-time, hands-on leadership role requiring complete dedication
- Highest authority on site, reporting into Executive Management (Exco)
- Leadership of 40 to 300 employees across multiple departments
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-end operational leadership of fuel, convenience retail and QSR operations
- Full profit and loss ownership
- Cash, fuel, stock, asset and expense control
- Compliance, risk management and fraud prevention
- Recruitment, leadership and performance management of large teams
- Driving sales growth, margins and alternate profit streams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Essential: Degree at NQF Level 7
- Ideal: Degree at NQF Level 8 in Business or related field
- Essential: 8 years extensive managerial experience
- Ideal: 7–10 years senior retail management experience
REMUNERATION & EARNINGS
- R65,000 per month during the Partner Training Programme
- Upon successful graduation and appointment:
- Management salary
- Performance-based incentive bonus
- Dividends linked to equity ownership
