Job Summary
Our client in the Healthcare / Medical Aid Industry is looking to employ a Business Analyst to join their team based in Sandton, Gauteng.

Requirements:
- Project management qualification.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g. BABOK, CBAP).
- Information Technology, Business Analysis or related degree / diploma.
- IIBA.
- 3-5 Years’ Business Analysis or related experience (e.g. Testing or Business Systems Analysis).
- Experience in modeling, solution testing and verification.
- Financial services experience will be beneficial.
- Experience in working with cross-functional project teams will be beneficial.
- Experience with Bonitas Medical Aid is advantageous.
- Understanding of process design (solution architecture, process mapping, entity diagram mapping, etc.)
- IT methodology (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Business acumen and basic understanding of UX and UI design principles.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
- Monitor IT trends and practices.
- Gather, analyse, validate and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
- Contribute to solution design aligned to systems architecture.
- Oversee quality delivery of requirements and process specifications.
- Collaborate with solution teams and end-users.
- Participate in solution design and User Acceptance Testing.
- Define success criteria and test cases.
- Test and validate technical solutions.
- Define reporting requirements and integration points.
- Ensure integration and consistency of solutions across business areas.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Deliver on service level agreements. Improve client service and fair treatment.
- Contribute to a culture of exceptional client service.
- Monitor turnaround times and resolve issues.
- Drive service delivery goals.
- Manage and resolve client queries to enhance business processes.
