Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales-Oriented Assistant to support our commercial sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in security technology, B2B sales, and client relationship management
Requirements
- Matric certificate (tertiary qualification in Sales, Business, or Technology advantageous)
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, B2B sales, or a technical sales environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Computer literate (MS Office; CRM systems advantageous)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Valid driver’s license, own transport
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales Representatives in managing client accounts
- Assist with lead qualification, prospecting, and client follow-ups
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documentation for integrated security solutions
- Liaise with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate system specifications
- Assist with site assessments, surveys, and documentation
- Maintain and update CRM systems, sales pipelines, and client records
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management updates
- Support order processing, contract administration, and project handovers
- Assist with after-sales support, service coordination, and contract renewals
