What You'll Do:
Provide technical and customer support for ERP systems within the mining and engineering industries
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues efficiently
Maintain accurate reports and documentation of support activities
Liaise with internal teams and clients to deliver seamless service
Support system upgrades and user training initiatives
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar support or technical role
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in R, RPE, and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools
Ability to work onsite in Gauteng
