This is an exciting opportunity for a service-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and is passionate about delivering flawless guest and client experiences ✨ Requirements: • Previous customer service experience, preferably within luxury hospitality or property management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused • Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with high-end clientele • Ability to work flexible hours for occasional evenings and weekend check-ins • Must reside in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs Key Responsibilities: • Provide first-class customer service to guests and property owners • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and warmth • Support guest check-ins and check-outs, including occasional evenings and weekends • Maintain accurate records of bookings, communications, and guest preferences • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences • Resolve guest queries and complaints efficiently and professionally • Uphold brand standards and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction Package: • Salary: R14,000 – R17,000 (depending on experience) • Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (with occasional evenings/weekends) • Based in the Cape Town Southern Suburbs • Opportunity to work within a professional, dynamic, luxury-focused team If you are professional, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional luxury service, we would love to hear from you.
